Description

Starting with a pattern design file created by *kawgraphics (LFO in Bloom) I started with a neon edge detect filter with a fade applied, then opened GMiC plugin and applied a relieflite filter. GMiC light glow enhance and them deformation Sphere filter and finally artistic rotoidoscope.
